“Lose Weight, Win Money”

Sugarless.Cafe presents a fun movement to lose weight and stay healthy, our "Lose Weight, Win Money" contest!

Our goal with this contest is to encourage people to stick to their new year health goals and be rewarded for it at the same time!

 

Our contest runs from January 2022, through April 2022, a 3-month timeframe that allows for a healthy body transformation.

Official Rules:

• Must follow all the eligibility steps (see above) to qualify. 

• Must provide government identification, such as a BC Drivers License or BC ID for further proof of body weight and height.

 

Acceptance of and Agreement to the Official Rules:

By entering the contest, the participant has reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the official rules, eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, confidentiality clause, and privacy policy. 

 

Entry Form:

Participants will have to fill entry forms that state, “I understand all the terms and conditions that Sugarless.Cafe has provided.”

 

Contest Prizes:

• Eligible participants are awarded $10 for every 1 pound of weight loss.

• For example, if you lose 10 pounds, you will be awarded $100, and the $10 rewards are continuous for every pound lost.

• However, to qualify, the rewards begin at 4 pounds of weight loss. Participants must have lost at least 4 pounds to start, and there is no reward if participants have lost less than 4 pounds.

• Prizes are awarded to an unlimited number of participants who have followed the terms and conditions accurately.

• Money will be awarded to participants via cheque.

 

Lucky Draw:

• Eligible contest participants will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw, where they’ll get a chance to win $100 per pound lost. 

• Awarded to one winner only.

• The winner is chosen at random.

• The winner will be contacted directly, and posted on our social media channels.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Eligible participants must adhere to all of the eligibility requirements and official rules before the deadline, otherwise their qualification in the contest will be cancelled. We reserve the right to restrict the number of participants due to our capacity limit.

 

Confidentiality Clause: 

The weight taken by our delivery drivers will not be announced to the public, but the number of pounds lost, participant’s name, before/after pictures will be announced via our social media platforms.

 

Privacy Policy:

Participants’ information is subject to our privacy policy.

 

Restrictions:

• Participants bear their own health risks and have nothing to do with the company.

• Participants whose BMI value is below the healthy range will be disqualified.

• The company reserves the right to refuse any potential risk to participate in activities. The right to interpret the activity belongs to the company.

• The company reserves the right to decline qualification if participants’ body measurements are considered questionable.
